Hello old friends and new friends. For over 10 years I ran a small nature center in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. At the same time I keep a blog called “Naturing”. Sharing with children and adults about God’s creation is something I greatly miss. So now as I travel in my van from place to place, I am seeing and enjoying so much of God‘s creation. Although my skills as a photographer have diminished I still love taking nature pictures.
My life is not what it used to be. That is mainly my fault, but I can’t go back and do it over. I am just moving forward every day trusting Jesus and praising him for his abundant love and forgiveness. I plan to do my best to live for Jesus and share the beauty of his creation with others. This new blog entitled “NOMAD NATURE LOVER” is a major part of that commitment.
My home is still Lebanon, Pennsylvania. But I spend more time on the road than at home. I’m inviting you to come along with me on this new adventure. You don’t have to if you don’t want to, but I hope you do, and if you like what you see here, invite others to join us. My plan is to have an email list including you. You will be emailed each time I add a new posting to the blog with a link. If you subscribe to the blog I can take your name off that email list.. I would like to see this blog grow into something that glorifies Christ by showcasing his beautiful creation. When you remember me, pray that I am safe on the road as I travel and that this blog grows and honors Jesus by showcasing his creation.
Of course nature photography is going to be a big part of this blog. I am excited to share this first picture on the blog. For many years, actually decades, I wanted to see a painted bunting. I got that opportunity here in Florida and was blessed by getting a good picture of this gorgeous bird. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
